Lala Kent, Sheana Shay, and Tom Schwartz are joining The Valley

Following the news that Bravo is rebooting Vanderpump Rules with a brand new cast of SUR employees, it's been reported that some of the former Vanderpump Rules stars will be joining the spin-off series The Valley with formerVPR stars Brittany Cartwright, Jax Taylor, and Kristen Doute.
Deadline reported that Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Scheana Shay, and Brock Davies will be joining the cast of season 2 of The Valley.
Considering Scheana Shay was previously saying on her podcast that she believed Vanderpump Rules needed to get at least one more season before ending, it's no surprise that she chose to go ahead and appear on another show in the same universe.
Meanwhile, Lala Kent's inclusion might be a bit of a surprise to some fans as she isn't shy about admitting to the fact that she's not close with many of her VPR co-stars anymore.
Other Vanderpump Rules stars may not be moving to The Valley, but that doesn't mean they're all leaving stardom behind. Although Rachel (Raquel) Leviss announced that she's saying goodbye to Hollywood with the end of her podcast, her Scandoval partner Tom Sandoval is joining the cast of season 3 of The Traitors and his ex, Ariana Madix, has seen an explosion in her career with a stint on Love Island, starring in a Broadway show, and appearing on Dancing with the Stars.
It's unclear how much they will be featured in the show just yet, but it seems like Bravo hasn't entirely written off featuring the old Vanderpump Rules stars just because they've chosen to take the show in another direction for season 12.
The Valley, a Vanderpump Rules spin-off, first premiered in March 2024, just a couple months before the end of season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. The show follows some cast members from Vanderpump Rules and is the second spin-off to feature Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor, the first having premiered in 2017 with the two of them going to visit her family in Kentucky.
Bravo describes The Valley as a show that follows "a group of close friends as they trade bottle service in West Hollywood for baby bottles in the Valley all while they navigate bustling businesses, rocky relationships and feisty friendships."
Season 2 of The Valley, which will reportedly pick up immediately after Brittany and Jax announced their divorce, doesn't have a set premiere date yet, but will likely air in the spring and summer of 2025 if Bravo follows the same release schedule as they had for the first season.
For fans that missed out on what lead up to Jax and Brittany's split in February 2024, season 1 of The Valley is currently streaming on Peacock.
