The Traitors, the American version of the Dutch reality series that spawned several international iterations, is starting its third season with a brand new cast of reality TV legends. Love them or hate them, the cast of the third season of The Traitors is bringing together some serious names in entertainment, including a Survivor legend, Real Housewives stars, and a British royal.
The Traitors host Alan Cumming will pick three of the cast members to be named as Traitors and throughout the course of the season, the rest of the cast members (known as the Faithfuls) must work together in order to try to identify the Traitors and vote them out. Meanwhile, the Traitors work together throughout the season and each night, they choose one Faithful to eliminate from the game.
When does The Traitors season 3 release on Peacock?
The Traitors streams exclusively on Peacock and the third season of the dramatic series will be premiering on the streaming service on January 9 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. In the first episode of the new season, viewers will learn who the three cast members chosen to be Traitors are, but only the Traitors will know the identity of those chosen to really build the drama and suspense as the Faithfuls try to vote them out and the Traitors try to blend in with the rest of the cast.
The first three episodes of the new season will be released on release day, meaning viewers can binge the start of the season before episodes are dropped weekly every Thursday on the streaming service.
The third season will have a total of 12 episodes.
Who is in the cast of The Traitors season 3?
1. Rob "Boston Rob" Mariano (Survivor)
Rob "Boston Rob" Mariano is best known for competing on multiple seasons of Survivor. Rob is the first six-time contestant on the survival competition series and is married to Amber Brkich, who he met when the two of them were on Survivor: All-Stars together.
2. Dorinda Medley (The Real Housewives of New York City)
Dorinda Medley is best known for her time on The Real Housewives of New York City. She joined the cast of the reality series in season 7 and was on the show through season 12 as well as being part of the cast of the 2nd and 4th seasons of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
3. Tom Sandoval (Vanderpump Rules)
Tom Sandoval was one of the cast members on the first 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules prior to the reboot. Considering Tom Sandoval already has a reputation for being a villain in the Scandoval cheating scandal, it was no surprise that he was cast for The Traitors.
4. Sam Asghari (Ex-husband of Britney Spears)
Sam Asghari is an actor and model who has had appearances in a variety of TV shows like Black Monday and NCIS, but he's best known for his marriage to pop superstar Britney Spears. The pair were married from 2022 through 2024 when he filed for divorce.
5. Chrishell Stause (Selling Sunset)
Unlike the other reality TV stars that were cast in this season of The Traitors, Chrishell Stause initially rose to fame as a soap opera actress with appearances on shows like Days of Our Lives and All My Children. She made the move to reality TV when she joined the first season of Selling Sunset and has been on the Netflix series for eight seasons.
6. Nikki Garcia (Retired WWE wrestler)
Nikki Garcia is a retired WWE wrestler who rose to fame under the wrestling name Nikki Bella. Alongside her sister, Brie, the two of them were the Bella Twins from 2008 through 2011 and returned to WWE in 2013 for the Total Divas storyline, eventually making the move to reality TV with her sister on the show Total Bellas.
7. Bob the Drag Queen (RuPaul's Drag Race)
Bob the Drag Queen won season 8 of RuPaul's Drag Race and has gone on to appear in the first three seasons of We're Here and is known for his social media presence.
8. Danielle Reyes (Big Brother)
Danielle Reyes appeared on seasons 3 and 7 of Big Brother as well as appearing alongside fellow Traitors season 3 contestant Britney Haynes on Big Brother: Reindeer Games. Among Big Brother fans, Danielle Reyes is considered one of the best Big Brother contestants to never win a single season of the show.
9. Robyn Dixon (The Real Housewives of Potomac)
Robyn Dixon appeared on the first eight seasons of The Real Housewives of Potomac before she was fired from the franchise. She confirmed after the 8th season of the franchise that she had not been asked back to the Bravo franchise.
10. Lord Ivar Mountbatten (British royal)
Among all the reality TV stars is one surprising addition to the third season of The Traitors. Lord Ivar Mountbatten isn't your average reality TV contestant, he's a member of the extended British royal family as the second cousin of King Charles III.
11. Chanel Ayan (The Real Housewives of Dubai)
Chanel Ayan is a supermodel who is definitely a familar face to reality TV fans since she was one of the cast members on The Real Housewives of Dubai. Although that show was put on pause by Bravo, fans will be able to see Chanel Ayan competing on season 3 of The Traitors.
12. Bob Harper (The Biggest Loser)
Bob Harper became the host of The Biggest Loser in 2015 after being one of the coaches on the weight loss competition series for several seasons. He was a trainer on the series since 2004 before being upgraded to the host of the show and was a personal trainer to the stars before joining the reality show.
13. Gabby Windey (The Bachelorette)
Gabby Windey first rose to reality TV fame as a contestant on season 26 of The Bachelor and was one of the first co-Bachelorette contestants alongside Rachel Recchia in season 19 of The Bachelorette.
14. Ciara Miller (Summer House)
Ciara Miller joined Summer House in the 5th season of the Bravo show and has become a fan favorite on the series since. Thanks to her and Austen Kroll's relationship and dramatic breakup, Ciara Miller is certainly familar with he world of reality TV drama, making her perfect for The Traitors.
15. Wells Adams (Bachelor in Paradise)
Wells Adams is a familar face to Bachelor fans as this reality TV star has been in a number of Bachelor Nation shows in one form or another. He first joined the world of reality TV when he competed for JoJo Fletcher's heart on season 12 of The Bachelorette before moving to Bachelor in Paradise.
16. Jeremy Collins (Survivor)
Jeremy Collins has competed on three seasons of Survivor: Cambodia, San Juan del Sur, and the spinoff series Survivor: Winners at War. Since Jeremy Collins won Survivor: Cambodia, will he have what it takes to make it to the end of season 3 of The Traitors?
17. Dolores Catania (The Real Housewives of New Jersey)
Dolores Catania joined the 7th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and has been a main cast member on the series since then. Although there's no news now on what Bravo has in store for the future of RHONJ, fans that are waiting for a new season can at least see Dolores Catania on The Traitors.
18. Britney Haynes (Big Brother)
Britney Haynes is a multi-season Big Brother contestant, having appeared on seasons 12 and 14 of the series as well as appearing alongside fellow Traitors contestant Danielle Reyes on Big Brother: Reindeer Games. She's known by Big Brother fans for her social gameplay, so it will be interesting to see her on The Traitors.

Dylan Efron is the younger brother of former Disney star and actor Zac Efron. Along with having a famous older brother, Dylan Efron appeared on his brother's travel reality series, Down to Earth With Zac Efron, and is ready to make a name for himself on The Traitors.
