The Real Housewives of New York City may have already aired its finale for the 15th season, but that doesn't mean that the drama is over. Ahead of the season 15 reunion special, two of Brynn Whitfield's co-stars have appeared to distance themselves from her following her behavior in the explosive season finale.

"I just can't stay silent": Erin Lichy shares where she stands with Brynn Whitfield after the finale

The same day the season finale of The Real Housewives of New York City aired, Rolling Stone published an interview with Brynn Whitfield in which she defended her behavior in the season finale and shared that she still believed she did tell Ubah Hassan the story of her sexual assault. She said it was "shocking" to have the rest of the cast accuse her of lying of telling Ubah the story and explained why she refused to accept her apology for their fight.

One thing that many fans were curious about after the finale aired is whether or not the RHONY cast is still close with Brynn following the explosive finale. In the interview, she shared her current relationship with the rest of the cast and specifically called out that co-star Erin Lichy "feels like a sister" to her.

Unfortunately for Brynn Whitfield, it seems like the feeling isn't mutual because Erin Lichy took to Instagram to dispute the claim that the two of them are "sisters" and publicly said that the two of them have barely spoken in months.

"To say we are sisters is quite the reach. We haven’t spoken or seen each other in months other than Brynn thanking Abe for clearing up the intention for the [prank] call. I really wanted Brynn to win so bad. I was excited to watch her shine like I am with all my girlfriends. Each woman on this show is special and smart and I really was excited for us collectively but Brynn always had all this childhood trauma that I was particularly excited to see her break free from," Erin Lichy wrote in an Instagram comment in which she went on to say that Brynn was "doubling down" in the interview instead of admitting fault and apologizing for her behavior in the series finale.

Erin Lichy is far from the only RHONY cast member who is seemingly trying to distance herself from Brynn Whitfield after the season finale and interview in which she defended her behavior either.

Sai De Silva quietly unfollowed Brynn Whitfield on Instagram

In the Rolling Stone interview, Brynn Whitfield commented on her friendship with Sai De Silva by saying, "I think Sai [De Silva] and I still have stuff to work on. I miss my friendship with Sai a lot."

Unfortunately for Brynn, it looks like those feelings, like her feeling like she and Erin Lichy are sisters, might not be mutual. Eagle-eyed Bravo fans noticed in the week after the RHONY season finale aired that Sai De Silva had quietly unfollowed Brynn Whitfield on Instagram. Although fans thought they were going to have to wait for the reunion special to air to see if the cast could repair their friendship, it seems like they might not have to wait after all.

The two-part reunion special stars on January 28 on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
