The latest Golden Bachelorette, Joan Vassos, found love at the end of her season of the show when she chose Chock Chapple, but that's not where her story ends. Now, she's sharing whether or not she's planning to move in with her new fiance and whether or not she's considering having a TV wedding.

Will Joan Vassos be moving in with Chock Chapple?

At the beginning of the season, Joan Vassos was pretty open about the fact that she had no plans to leave Maryland to move in with her new fiance if she got engaged at the end of the season.

Considering one of the contestants who ended up eliminating himself mid-season, Pascal Ibgui, said something similar about not wanting to uproot his life for love, it's no surprise that Joan Vassos wasn't interested in leaving her life behind to move across the country for the winner of the season.

But did she change her mind about it once she chose a relationship with a man from Kansas at the end of her season?

While speaking to PEOPLE, Joan Vassos shared that the answer is still no and she won't be leaving her home in Maryland to move to Kansas to be with Chock Chapple. But, according to Joan, the pair have found a way to compromise on the distance: they'll be sharing an apartment in New York City part time and will visit each other in their own respective homes.

"We'll have a full-time place in New York and whenever we get the opportunity, we're going to be there. We're going to get it figured out this next year," Chock told the publication and shared that the pair will begin looking for an apartment on November 18 when they visit New York City together and plan to have a place by Christmas.

Joan shared that even if they don't get somewhere by Christmas, they'll be spending the holiday there together. She said, "If nothing else, we'll certainly get a hotel or do an Airbnb. But I love that tradition. I love Christmas in the city."

Will Joan and Chock have a TV wedding?

There have been a number of Bachelor Nation TV wedding specials over the years and it's no surprise that fans love them.

Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter were married in 2003 after the first season of The Bachelorette in a three-part wedding special and are still going strong over two decades later, but there are other couples like Golden Bachelor's Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist that didn't fare so well.

Does Joan Vassos want to join the other Bachelor Nation stars that have aired their nuptials for the whole world to see? Will she possibly go the route of Gerry and Theresa to have a live wedding special?

According to the Golden Bachelorette star, they're still undecided. But, she said that she understands how many people followed their relationship and were rooting for them to get together, so she understands why people might want to watch them get married on TV.

She told PEOPLE, "I originally said that I wanted for it to be small with just our friends and family, but as I think a little bit more about it, I somewhat think that maybe we would do a televised wedding."

According to Joan Vassos, the pair aren't ready to start thinking about getting married just yet. First, they want to experience being a couple out in the real world without the cameras following their every move and viewers watching them go on dates. She said, "We're really looking forward to just being a couple out in the world and being just normal people living life for at least a couple of months, and then we'll start thinking wedding."
