Being a newbie to a show like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has got to be nervewracking. But it seems like newcomer Bozoma Saint John has already made a major impression on the veteran cast members -- here's what Dorit Kemsley had to say about meeting the new star for the first time. Plus, everything you need to know about the season 14 newbie.

In a preview for season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which premieres on November 19, Sutton Stracke introduces Bozoma "Boz" Saint John and then goes on to explain in a confessional segment how the two of them know each other.

Along with calling new cast member Bozoma "the real deal," Sutton Stracke explains how they met by saying, "Boz and I have met in Beverly Hills, just in the circuit we go to a lot of the same parties, and we've had lunches."

Sutton isn't the only one who was impressed by Boz. In another confessional segment, Dorit Kemsley shared her first impressions on the newbie. She called Boz "stunning" and said, "My first impression of Boz is 'Wow, okay, this is a woman that understands the assignment.'"

Even Kathy Hilton and her sister, Kyle Richards, said that Boz is going to be an excellent addition to the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Speaking to Access Hollywood. Kathy Hilton said that Bozoma is "something else" and that the cast was worried they might have scared her off, but that the new cast member had a good sense of humor about how intense it was jumping in during season 14. She said, "I've watched her face, and you know, at times, she's looking at us like we're all crazy, you know? So I said, 'We're worried that you're not coming back' and so she was funny, she said, 'I went into the ladies room, and I was looking for a window to try to escape!'"

During her Amazon Live show, Kathy's sister, Kyle Richards, said that Bozoma is "extra fabulous" and said, "She's great for the show and I think that you're all gonna really like her a lot."

Who is Bozoma Saint John?

Like other housewives on The Real Housewives franchise, Bozoma Saint John is joining the cast of RHOBH with quite an impressive resume.

In the season 14 premiere, she tells Dorit and Sutton about her work history and says she's "recently retired" but that she previously held an impressive list of positions in the corporate world, including Global CMO of Netflix; the CMO of Endeavor; the CBO of Uber; the Head of Marketing at Apple Music and iTunes; and the Head of Music and Entertainment Marketing at Pepsi Co.

Bozoma has one child, a teenage daughter named Lael, and she was married to Peter Saint John until his death in 2013 following a tough battle with cancer.

"She's used to dealing with powerful men and women in business, so to see our cast members, it's a whole new world for her," Kathy Hilton said of the fact that Bozoma may be able to hold her own in the boardroom, but being with the housewives is a totally different world to her.

Joining Bravo doesn't mean that she's leaving the business world behind, though. Bozoma recently launched a haircare and wig brand, Eve by Boz. The business woman and new reality star said that she has big plans for her brand and that it's something personal to her.

Boz told Us Weekly, "There are no companies that center Black women and women of color. Zero. Because if there were, they would pay attention to lace color, they would pay attention to curl pattern. And they would pay attention to the ingredients that are used."

What has Bozoma Saint John said about joining RHOBH?

According to Boz, joining the RHOBH cast isn't something she's nervous about. The newbie said that she doesn't "bow down to anybody" and told Us Weekly, "I have always been in rooms where people felt like they were more powerful than me. It’s just the normal I know. It’s the unfortunate part of being a Black woman. It doesn’t matter what room you walk into, it’s like people think that they are better than you."

And she said that she thinks her experience in the corporate world has prepared her for holding her own against all the drama of the RHOBH cast.

She said, "They’re messier in the boardroom then they are on this damn show, OK? The kind of drag out fights, the shade, the office politics, the passive aggression and the shade, I say, is way stronger in the boardrooms."

Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres on Bravo on November 19 and episodes are available for streaming on Peacock the day after they air.
