Season 2 of The Valley hasn't premiered yet, but there's already some drama brewing. Brittany Cartwright's best friend, Zack Wickham, has been throwing some major shade at some VPR alums on X (formerly Twitter). From sharing his thoughts on Lala Kent joining season 2 of The Valley to weighing in on James Kennedy's latest scandal, things are already messy and the show hasn't even aired yet.

Zack Wickham isn't looking forward to Lala Kent coming to The Valley
Following the news that Vanderpump Rules was being rebooted, a few of the OG members of the cast were announced to be joining season 2 of The Valley.
It's not clear how much they'll be involved with the new season of the Vanderpump Rules spin-off series, but the news was met with mixed reviews. While some people are excited to see the VPR stars back on their screens after it was announced the show would be rebooted, some other fans were less thrilled by the news.
It looks like Zack Wickham, star of The Valley and bestie to Brittany Cartwright, is in the first category. After the trailer for season 2 of The Valley dropped, Zack Wickham replied to someone saying the short clip of Lala Kent featured in the trailer is the only time that she's shown throughout the season.
Kristen Doute had previously left a comment on an Instagram post about the new season saying that The Valley "isn't about [Lala]" to someone who was similarly hopeful that she wasn't going to be taking over the season.
Based on this, it's likely that while Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Tom Schwartz were added to the cast of The Valley for season 2, it's more likely to be a friend of or guest star role, meaning that their appearances will be limited.
Zack Wickham called out VPR alums for their double standards with James Kennedy
It's not just Lala Kent that's found herself a target of Zack Wickham -- other Vanderpump Rules alums have found themselves under fire from The Valley star recently in relation to James Kennedy. After the DJ took a photo with controversial figures Andrew and Tristan Tate, he was unfollowed on Instagram by Ariana Madix, Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, and his ex-girlfriend Ally Lewber.
Although some fans were happy that his former co-stars hit the unfollow button, there were some that were questioning why taking a photo with the podcast hosts was the final straw for them despite everything else that James Kennedy has done.
And although he didn't name names, Zack Wickham chimed in and shared the latter sentiment.
I find it shitty that the final straw for you all to unfollow him was when he posted a picture with problematic horrible people, not when he was a problematic horrible person to your friend. (and the answer is yes to everyone you think this is about)

In the post, Zack Wickham questioned why the group of his co-stars chose to look past his bad behavior when it came to mistreating other people in their social circle or being accused of allegedly being abusive toward his exes, but they quickly unfollowed him when he received backlash for taking a selfie with Andrew Tate and his brother.
The Valley season 2 premieres on Bravo on Tuesday, April 15 at 9 p.m. ET with each episode available to stream the following day on Peacock where the full first season is now streaming.
