Bravo has reportedly put one of their Real Housewives series on "pause" for the time being after only two seasons, an insider tells Us Weekly.

The Real Housewives of Dubai was the first international iteration of the series, having its first season premiere on Bravo in 2022 with the second season hitting the air in June of 2024.

Both seasons of the show had fairly similar casts, the only real changes being that season 2 saw the addition of Saba Yussouf joining as a friend of the housewives while season 1 star Nina Ali stepped back from a main cast member to a guest with Taleen Marie going the opposite route, going from guest to main housewife.

The second season ended in September 2024 and on November 7, it was announced that the show was being put on "pause" for the time being. It's unclear whether this hiatus means that Bravo is going to rework the cast and bring the show back or if it's going to stay on the backburner while Bravo focuses on other shows, like the new Sold On SLC and long-running shows like The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but being put on hiatus doesn't mean that Bravo is giving up on the show forever.

The Real Housewives of Miami was put on hiatus by Bravo in 2013 but eventually brought back in 2021 and The Real Housewives of New York underwent a complete reboot with a whole new cast coming in to take over for the old apple holders.

RHODubai isn't the only show that Bravo decided to take a break from in 2024 either. In February 2024, it was announced that Winter House was going to be put on hiatus and in May 2024, Summer House: Martha's Vineyard was given the same treatment. Meanwhile, the original Summer House is still going strong with season 9 confirmed to be on the way.

Whether Bravo decides to bring RHODubai back any time soon or not, the two seasons the show got are currently streaming on Peacock for viewers to watch and relive all the luxurious, international drama.
