Former Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was arrested for domestic violence after Kathy Hilton's annual Christmas party. While at least one of his DJ gigs was reportedly cancelled after the news broke, it looks like not every DJ set James Kennedy had lined up was called off after his arrest.

James Kennedy performs DJ set after arrest

Just a few days after James Kennedy was arrested, former Vanderpump Rules star and DJ James Kennedy flew to Wisconsin in order to perform a DJ set, much to the surprise of people following the situation.

Considering he had just been arrested on December 10 for alleged domestic violence, it was shocking to Bravo fans that he was so quick to get back out and working.

TMZ spotted James Kennedy at the airport on Sunday, December 15 on his way back from his DJ set in Wisconsin, but his lips were zipped on the matter of his late night arrest.

In the video, the TMZ photographer can be heard asking James what happened, if he had anything to say about the night of his arrest, and if he's had any contact with Ally Lewber, his girlfriend, since the arrest but James stays silent the entire time.

In the video, he's seen wearing large headphones and speaking into his phone, seemingly trying to track down his ride from the airport and he completely snubs the paparazzi as he gets into the back of a black SUV.

Although James had nothing to say to the TMZ cameras when they spotted him coming back to California from his DJ set, his lawyers did release an official statement on his behalf. His legal team told PEOPLE, "We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James. We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city's attorneys will decide not to file formal charges."

The police report, which is public information per the Burbank Police Department's usual policy, alleges that James Kennedy "threw" a woman, who is presumed to be Ally Lewber but who was not named in the police report, onto the ground during an altercation.

Ally Lewber breaks her silence after James Kennedy arrest

Even though James Kennedy is staying silent about the altercation that lead to his arrest, Ally Lewber has taken to the internet to share a simple statement to thank followers for their support and request that people continue to respect her privacy.

Although Ally Lewber was not named in the public police report, it does refer to the victim that James Kennedy allegedly "threw" to the ground as his girlfriend, so Vanderpump Rules fans have assumed that Ally is likely the woman in question.

On her Instagram story, Ally shared the following statement: "Thank you to everyone who has reached out with love and support and for checking in on me. I'm okay and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time."

The pair began dating just a month after he had ended his relationship with fellow Vanderpump Rules star Rachel (Raquel) Leviss, who recalled her own "sickening" experience at the hands of James Kennedy and shared the 21st episode of her podcast, Rachel Goes Rogue.
