Grant Ellis' season of The Bachelor has come to an end. After narrowing his potential suitors down to just Litia and Juliana, the day trader who got his start on Jenn Tran's season of The Bachelorette has made his final decision. After the Fantasy Suites date, Grant Ellis chose to send Zoe home because he just didn't see wedding bells in their future and told Litia that he loves her while also saying that he could see himself getting engaged to Juliana.

Did Grant Ellis choose to get engaged to Litia, Juliana, or did he walk away without finding love? Keep reading to find out!

Grant's connection deepened with Litia and Juliana on The Bachelor season 29 finale

During the episode, Grant Ellis introduced each of his suitors to his parents and both of the women said "I love you" to Grant. Despite his concerns about Litia wanting children soon, Grant Ellis' parents reassured him that if the two of them were meant to be, things would work out for them. During her own visit to meet Renee, Grant Ellis' mother, Juliana said that love means forever and that she could see herself being with Grant for the rest of their lives.

After Grant's mother encouraged him to walk away from Juliana if she wasn't in love with him, Juliana told Grant that she loves him for the first time during the season.

"I think I've known that I love you too and I want it to be you and I at the end of this. I love you, too," Juliana told him after admitting that she had been holding back on saying it and wasn't sure about what it would really mean for her to realize that she had fallen in love with him.

Grant and Litia's different timelines for when the two of them want to have children was a big part of their conversations during the episode. As Bachelor Nation knows, Litia is a member of the LDS church and said that she wants to start a family within two years but Grant revealed during the season he's not quite sure about having kids so soon.

When asked if Litia would be okay with Grant not going along with her timeline to start a family so soon, Litia said, "If your reasons were, there's still more that you want to accomplish before you have kids, I think you want to be a very present father and so, I think if you're not ready and there are things that you want to do, I think of course."

Grant Ellis said he felt "alone" on engagement day during The Bachelor's season 29 finale

When engagement day came along, Grant Ellis was still feeling as conflicted as he was when he went to the Fantasy Suites. He revealed that he was feeling a connection to both women and that he was in love with both of them, but felt "alone" when he woke up on the day he was to propose.

"Both of these women are equally amazing and I'm so close to both of them. But in this moment, I can't lean on them. I feel alone and I have to make a decision," Grant Ellis said on engagement day. His father said that unfortunately, due to the nature of The Bachelor, one of the women was going to walk away with hurt feelings, but that's the way things have to go.

And mother nature added to the drama by adding some super moody rain to the day that Grant came to finally propose to one of his suitors.

Grant Ellis was accused of a "switch up" by one of the women after he sent her home

While the rain came down and a thunderstorm brought the moody vibes to The Bachelor season 29 finale, Grant Ellis continued to feel conflicted about his choice between Litia and Juliana. He told the cameras that he was still feeling conflicted about his choice by saying, "I could see Litia being my wife and I could see Juliana being my wife. It really is having two hearts in the palm of your hand. To me it boils down to who's the best fit for me."

When Litia walked up to Grant, the pair shared a kiss and Litia gave a heartwarming speech before Litia was given the unfortunate news that Grant had chosen to send her home. In response, Litia didn't hold her feelings about being broken up with by Grant back.

"You're different than I thought," Litia told Grant and said that if she was Juliana, she would have some questions for him because of how strongly Grant had been claiming to feel about Litia throughout the season. "The things that you've said to me all along the way make this decision that you've made so much more devastating. For me, the switch up is crazy."

Although Grant initially denied changing his mind about Litia during their conversation, he eventually said that he would "take responsibility" for letting Litia down by sending her home.

While in the studio with Jesse Palmer, Litia continued throwing shade at Grant Ellis when she said that she felt like Grant made "the right decision."

She went on to share that there were moments that had been edited out of the season where Grant had claimed that Litia was his top "emotional connection" and that he could "stop the whole show" to be with her, really adding some context to why Litia was so upset when Grant revealed that he was not going to propose to her.

"I remember saying 'goodbye' to him and saying, 'Oh my gosh, we're getting engaged tomorrow.' And he said, 'I know, I can't wait! I love you, I love you, I love you.' And those were the last words he said to me," Litia revealed during the season 29 finale of The Bachelor, adding a lot of context to the "questions" that Litia felt like Juliana should have had for Grant.

Despite Grant apologizing to Litia in the studio, it didn't seem like Litia was having it. Instead, she said that she was glad that the end of The Bachelor wasn't "part of [her] love story."

Did Grant Ellis get engaged at the end of The Bachelor season 29?

In the end, after sending Litia home, Grant Ellis chose to propose to Juliana. Despite apparently calling Litia his "no. 1 emotional connection," he chose to give his final rose to Juliana, a client services associate from from Massachusetts.

Grant proposed with a heartfelt speech to the woman he said he saw a "forever love" with when he said, "I truly believe you're somebody who is my best friend and I'm so grateful for our journey. And when you're going through the toughest times in your life, I want you to know that you don't have to go though it alone, that I'll be there for you as your man, as your friend, as your partner. Juliana, will you marry me?"

Juliana accepted his final rose and proposal, saying, "Yes, a million times."
