While many reality TV fans watch The Voice to see the banter between the lineup of celebrity coaches, there's no denying that the singing competition show has featured some seriously talented musicians. Although there can only be one winner each season, there have been winners and eliminated contestants on The Voice that have gone on to top the charts and amass tons of fans for their musical talent.
Of all the musicians that have gone on The Voice stage and tried to get the judges to turn their chairs around, these five have gone on to have the biggest careers in the music world.

1. Christina Grimmie

Before she appeared on The Voice, Christina Grimmie was uploading videos of herself singing to YouTube starting all the way back in 2009. She managed to make a name for herself in the music world that way, but she really skyrocketed after she appeared on season 6 of The Voice and finished in third place on Team Adam. Tragically, two years later in 2016, Christina Grimmie's life was taken at a meet and greet in Florida.
2. Cassadee Pope

Cassadee Pope got her start in the music world as the singer of the pop punk band Hey Monday, but she transitioned into more mainstream fame after she won season 3 of The Voice. After all four coaches turned their chairs around, Cassadee Pope chose to join Team Blake and she went on to win the season and became a country star.
3. Melanie Martinez

Melanie Martinez was on Team Adam during season 3 of The Voice and was eliminated in week 5 of the live shows, meaning that she made it to the top 6 of her season. Following her departure from the show, Melanie Martinez gained a cult following for her the elaborate visual elements of her performances.
4. Koryn Hawthorne

As a member of Team Pharrell with Pharrell Williams in season 8 of The Voice, Koryn Hawthorne managed to make it to the finals and came in fourth place before she was eliminated from the series. Since her season of The Voice, Koryn Hawthorne has made a real name for herself in the world of gospel music and has even been nominated for two Grammys, along with winning a number of other awards.
5. Morgan Wallen

Similarly to Christina Grimmie, country singer Morgan Wallen was part of Team Adam during season 6 of The Voice. He was originally on Team Usher before being stolen by Adam and then eliminated in the Playoffs portion of the show. Since leaving the singing competition show, Morgan Wallen has released four albums and has become a major hit in the world of country music.
