Tamra Judge has opened up on her podcast about why she thinks there needs to be new laws regarding how people use Instagram, the advice that Bravo gave her on dealing with negative comments on social media, and called out people online who say "nasty, horrible things" about her.

On her podcast, Two Ts in a Pod, Tamra Judge vented about the fact that people online have some less than kind things to say about her and aren't afraid to share their opinions.

"I think the hardest thing is, like, these people are saying such nasty horrible things," Tamra Judge said and went on to specify calling her "mean" as one of the nasty things that fans tend to say about her before she went on to tell critics to "look in a mirror," implying that they're no better than she is.

Tamra Judge shares the advice she says Bravo gave her about dealing with negativity

According to the RHOC star, Bravo execs told her how to deal with the hate with one simple piece of advice: "One thing that Bravo told me, they’re like, 'Don’t even worry about them.'" she revealed on her podcast and went on to explain that Bravo allegedly also told her, "'They’re three percent of our viewers. Only three percent. And the loudest and the meanest.'"

Unfortunately for Tamra Judge, speakling up about social media blacklash didn't go over well with the people she was talking about and internet users have had a lot to say about her claim that only 3% of Bravo's viewers are talking negatively about her online.

Some fans are even calling for Bravo and Andy Cohen to step in and correct Tamra Judge's claim if they didn't really tell her the "3%" statistic that she was touting on her podcast.

What did Tamra Judge say about Instagram?

In the clip from her podcast that's going viral, Tamra Judge also stated she thinks that there needs to be some kind of new laws or regulations passed around the way people behave on social media, specifically calling out Instagram as a place that's "so gross."

"That is just gross. I think they need to change the laws," Tamra Judge said about Instagram, an app she believes is dedicated to sending death threats and leaving rude comments about the way people look.

“I mean I obviously get people are welcome to their opinion, but who does that? I don’t know anybody in my circle that would ever comment or say things like what people do on Instagram these days," Tamra Judge, who recently received backlash for spreading rumors about a tummy tuck she believed Jennifer Pedranti had gotten, said on her podcast.
