After sharing so much of her life on TLC's Sister Wives, Christine Brown has decided to tell her story on her own terms in an upcoming tell-all memoir. Considering how many fans have been rooting for her through her divorce from Kody Brown and eventual marriage to her new husband, David Woolley, it's no surprise that fans already can't wait to get their hands on her new book.

What is Christine Brown's book going to be about?

Christine Brown's book, Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family, and Finding Freedom, is going to be a memoir about her life in the LDS faith and as a member of the plural marriage that was featured on Sister Wives. According to the publisher's website, the book will also follow through her journey to leaving the LDS faith and finding herself in the next chapter of her life.

"From TLC’s Sister Wives star Christine Brown Woolley, a groundbreaking and heartfelt memoir about living in a family like no other and finding the strength to leave Mormonism—and the only life she’s known—behind."
Simon & Schuster's website

When Sister Wives started airing in 2010, Christine Brown was excited to share the positive side of plural marriage and shine a light on her unique experience within the LDS church but unfortunately, the cameras instead captured as her marriage fell apart and all but one of Kody Brown's wives left him.

According to Simon & Schuster's website, Christine Brown's memoir will follow her life from before she met Kody Brown and give Sister Wives fans and curious readers alike a look into Christine Brown's early life being raised by polygamists up through her decision to leave Kody Brown, the LDS church, and the life she grew up with for something new.

As fans of Sister Wives know, Christine and Kody Brown were married in 1994 and she left their marriage in 2021 before she re-married in 2023, so she has a lot of ground to cover in her memoir and one thing is for sure: Sister Wives fans will be glued to the pages.

When will Christine Brown's memoir be released?

According to Simon & Schuster's website, Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family, and Finding Freedom is scheduled to be released in September 2025. The cover has not been revealed yet for the book, but the publisher's website is reporting that the memoir comes in at just under 300 pages.

As of publishing this article, there is not currently an audiobook version of the memoir listed on the publisher's website or on any retailers. But, hopefully Christine Brown will join the trend of other public figures that have narrated their own memoirs in their own voices for people that want to really hear her story straight from her.
