Lala Kent calls Scheana Shay 'clueless' for confirming Katie Maloney's relationship

Vanderpump Rules' Katie Maloney recently got into a new relationship with rockstar Nick Martin, but it was a different Vanderpump Rules star that spilled the big update to her love life. Now, Lala Kent is calling Scheana shay "clueless" for accidentally telling the world about Katie Maloney's new beau.

On a recent episode of Give Them Lala, Lala Kent responded to the fact that Scheana Shay accidentally revealed Katie Maloney is in a relationship with Sleeping With Sirens musician Nick Martin.

"She realized afterward that she wasn’t supposed to talk about it," Lala Kent said of Scheana Shay accidentally mentioning on her own podcast that Katie Maloney was dating Nick Martin, then backtracked and said that she wasn't supposed to talk about that because Katie Maloney hadn't yet announced it herself.

According to Lala Kent, the reason that Katie Maloney hadn't confirmed her own relationship yet is because of his ongoing divorce from his ex-wife, Jenna Martin. Lala Kent explained on her podcast, "Katie and Nick haven’t confirmed their relationship because what I read is he is going through a messy divorce and they have to keep it quiet."

On her podcast, Lala Kent said that Scheana Shay has a tendency to be "clueless" but she admitted that the slip up made the situation "funny" and made sure to specify that it was all love between the pair of Vanderpump Rules stars. She said, "I love her, but she lives in the cloud and doesn’t even realize it."

Recently, multiple of Nick Martin's exes have come forward to share their stories about their time with Nick Martin, alleging that he hid his marriage from them or lied about the progress on his divorce and even hid the fact that he was dating multiple women at the same time -- with one woman calling out that her own relationship with Nick Martin overlaps heavily with Katie Maloney's.

According to Vanderpump Rules viewers on Reddit, Katie Maloney is reportedly not concerned about the allegations from Nick Martin's exes, responding to one concerned message about him by saying that she was also seeing other people when her relationship overlapped with his last ex and that the two of them weren't "exclusive" at that time.

Considering these allegations from Nick Martin's exes, it seems like Katie Maloney might have had more than just his ongoing divorce on her mind when she decided not to announce their relationship.
