Erin Lichy is pregnant with baby number four

This Bravolebrity pregnancy announcement isn't a prank -- even though it is a cast member from the same show that just staged a scandalous pregnancy rumor as a prank.

Erin Lichy from The Real Housewives of New York just announced that she's pregnant with baby number four with her husband, Abe, she shared with PEOPLE on November 12.

The two of them already have two sons, Levi, 9, and Elijah, 4, and one daughter, Layla, 7, and while the couple shared that they don't yet know the sex of their fourth child, they're excited either way. The couple also shared that it feels "special" to finally be able to share the news with their followers and that while they haven't landed on name choices yet, they've already began discussing options for after they find out what they're having.

According to Erin Lichy, she realized she was pregnant while on a trip with her husband when one of her five senses began acting up and Erin, who was already a mom of three before getting pregnant with her fourth, immediately knew what that meant. She told PEOPLE, "I was out East with Abe and some friends when I suddenly became super sensitive to smells around me. That’s when I knew -- I thought, 'Damn. Here we go again!'"

"I was exhausted and nauseous all the time," she said of the first 10 weeks of her pregnancy but shared that she hasn't had too many symptoms since then, though she had developed major cravings for Greek yogurt, French fries, and cold drinks.

"It feels like adding another act to the circus!" The reality star and business owner said that being so busy means that she hasn't even focused too much on what adding a fourth child to their family will mean, but she thinks that being a mom already has prepared her for it. "Three vs. four kids doesn't seem so scary."
