In a recent wrap-up of her rocky divorce, Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pendrati and her ex, William, have nailed down an agreement. The settlement provides her with steady monthly support and a solid lump sum.

According to In Touch, the legal papers show the pair will share legal and physical custody of their four kids—Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic. The kids will mostly stay with their mom, Jennifer, who’s 47.

The settlement includes a clause preventing either of them from bad-mouthing the other when the kids are around. William will take care of the children's health insurance.

The court has set William’s child support payments to Jennifer at $4,674 a month. They’ll split any child care costs linked to Jennifer’s job.

Also, if Jennifer makes more money from Real Housewives of Orange County, her child support will drop. She’ll also get $1,735 every month in alimony from William, but that stops if she gets remarried. Her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, just proposed last April.

The divorce settlement handed William the total net proceeds from selling their family home in Ladera Ranch, California—about $535,000. He also keeps several bank accounts, all interests in Pedranti Construction Management, and three cars: a 2022 Ford Expedition, a 2016 Ford Mustang, and a Toyota Tacoma.

The RHOC star scored a couple of bank accounts, a retirement account, and full control over her business, Devi Rebel Yoga. William is also coughing up $267,811 to even out the split of their assets and debts. Both of them can keep any money they make from here on out.

Jennifer and William tied the knot back on September 21, 2002, and were together for 18 years and 4 months until they officially split on January 3, 2021. William kicked off the divorce proceedings in March 2023, just before Jennifer started on Real Housewives of Orange County

Initially, Jennifer was after both child and spousal support and wanted the main custody of their kids, leaving William with visitation rights. She's been pretty open about her money troubles during the divorce on the show, even talking about nearly getting evicted before the divorce was finalized.

Throughout the court battle, Jennifer’s lawyer highlighted her critical need for support to handle basic living costs for herself and her children, like housing, food, and school stuff. While William is already paying for healthcare, she needed more help covering other essentials like the kids' activities and clothing.

On top of all this, Jennifer also had to deal with legal issues over unpaid rent for her yoga studio and her home and a messy scandal involving her fiancé and famous athlete Shohei Ohtani, though no wrongdoing has been alleged against him.
